Service Description
In the 24 session group course you will be doing peer:peer sessions and a modified practicum with you cohorts. You will be working with each other to identify strengths and healthy habits, develop interpersonal skills to avoid assumptions, examine and challenge thought cycles, use captured thoughts to identify and overcome a level of stress, depression, or anxiety, manage either of the three in a new response-based mindset, and discuss yours and a client's need for a new resolve and accountability to meet revised goals.
